Shipping
All prices exclude shipping costs. We operate from Kenya and Tanzania in East Africa. For items up to 25Kg our partners UPS worldwide courier and EMS KENYA worldwide courier, will deliver a wide range of destinations.
We work with UPS and EMS KENYA in order to guarantee you a trustworthy and fast delivery. The average time delivery is:
UPS: Two working days for Europe, Russia. Three working days for the U.S of A, Canada & Asia. Four working days for Oceania and South America.
EMS KENYA: Four working days for the U.S of A, Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa. Five working days for the Oceania
The shipping day, we will pass you on a code that will allow you to track the routing of your parcel through their respective website. We do not take any profit on the shipping fees. We send internationally except P.O.Boxes. You must provide us a physical address.
Freight (only for Zanzibar doors, exceeding 25Kg) No prices will be displayed due to a needed quotation. This quotation will include freight costs. Kezania catalog contains items of various sizes, dimensions, weights, and costs. It is not yet possible to calculate shipping costs at the point of purchase. Kezania will negotiate shipping at the best price with its freight agent, and will send you a quotation before check-in.
Duties & Taxes
The recipient of the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges . Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you must inform us by email within 7 days of delivery. You will chose either to exchange the item (if possible), or to require a refund without penalty, except shipping costs. From the date of attribution of the return request, you have 30 days to return to us any order that is not convenient. The refund will be done on approval the item and packaging are returned to us in good condition.
This condition does not apply in case of a damaged, unordered item. A previous request has to be done by email, please visit our Contact Us page.
If you notice any damaged packaging at the moment you receive your order, we suggest you verify immediately the item and describe damages, if there are, on the delivery slip.
Kezania commits on the refunding or exchanging (if possible) the damaged item(s) during the transportation. You must contact us by email prior to return, within 48 hours of delivery, to inform us in detail. (With digital picture if possible) And we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
If you have to return an item you did not order, we will fully refund you and pay you the cost of return carriage. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email, and we will let you know how you should send us back the item.
For any return, please ensure to fill return documentation recognized by customs. In case of incorrectly filled documents, it may incur duty charges. If tax or duty is being charged to us, the sum involved will be deducted from your refund. Refund will only be made after a full verification of the returned item. It will have to be in the same condition as it left our premises or matching your description of damages before delivery.
